ALICE will continue this popular series to help you progress and go deeper into your practice of yoga. The first class will be an active class and more intermediate poses will be introduced. The second class will be a restorative class aimed at deep relaxation of body and mind. |

YOGA & THE PELVIC FLOOR with Susan McCormick

IN this workshop, we will attempt to shed light on the appearance, function/dysfunction, and maintenance of this most powerful and intimate of our bodily parts. Issues such as prolapse, incontinence and pelvic pain will be addressed. Physical postures and exercises will make up a part of this workshop and can be done with or without a background in yoga.. |
