PRENATAL SERIES

Diana Jansone PRENATAL YOGA with Diana Jansone
Thursdays • 5:45–7pm OR
Saturdays • 1–2:15pm
Diana creates a welcoming nourishing and calming space for the new mothers. She teaches surrender above endurance and considers that to be the best approach when time for labour comes. Pre-registration: 6-week Thursday series start Sept. 20 & Nov. 1; 6-week Saturday series start Sept. 22 & Nov. 3 (no class during Thanksgiving weekend) or drop-in: $22 (new clients only).

Ananda Ma EASY PACE IYENGAR YOGA/STEP IT UP with Ananda Ma
Thursdays • 8:45–10:15am
For beginners with a minimum of 6-months experience doing Iyengar Yoga. The foundation of the method is continued through standing poses, shoulderstand and introduction to headstand, forward extensions, twists and restorative poses. In this class, students build their strength and stamina, and expand their repertoire of yoga poses, and get an introduction to breath awareness. Modifications are given to bring health to an injury.

Ananda Ma EASY PACE IYENGAR YOGA with Ananda Ma
Sundays • 8:30–10:00am
For beginners and those new to Iyengar Yoga. Learn the foundations and discover body alignment through basic yoga postures that increase strength and flexibility. All body types and abilities are welcome.

For either of Ananda's classes:
- NEW STUDENT SPECIAL: $65/5 classes (2 months)
- $90/5 classes (2 months; continuing pre-registered)
- $140/8 classes (3 months; continuing pre-registered)

Four Saturdays: Sept. 22, Oct. 20, Nov. 17 & Dec. 15 • 2:30 – 4:30pm
Each workshop will help you to identify the cause and the effect of tension patterns that can lead to chronic pain and injuries. Classes will focus on freeing yourself from pain in the following areas
- Sept. 22: Lower Back and Sciatica Pain
- Oct. 20: Shoulder and Wrist Pain
- Nov. 17: Foot, Knee and Hip Pain
- Dec. 15: Neck and Upper Back Pain
