DEEPENING YOUR PRACTICE with Alice Rocky
Two Saturdays: June 29 & July 20 • 1:30–3:30pm
ALICE will continue this popular series to help you progress and go deeper into your practice of yoga. The first class will be an active class and more intermediate poses will be introduced. The second class will be a restorative class aimed at deep relaxation of body and mind.

EARLY MORNING PRANAYAMA SERIES with Claire Colvin

IN this series of five early-morning classes, we will practice supported poses which open the chest and prepare the body and mind for the practice of Pranayama, learn breath awareness and control, and Ujjayi Pranayama.

YOGA & THE PELVIC FLOOR with Susan McCormick
Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013 • 1:00-3:30pm
IN this workshop, we will attempt to shed light on the appearance, function/dysfunction, and maintenance of this most powerful and intimate of our bodily parts. Issues such as prolapse, incontinence and pelvic pain will be addressed. Physical postures and exercises will make up a part of this workshop and can be done with or without a background in yoga..

Prenatal Yoga class

PRENATAL YOGA with Suzanne Kanner
Thursdays • 5:45–7:00pm

Focus on those areas of the body that need stretching and strengthening during the prenatal and postpartum year. Meet new friends, too! No previous yoga experience necessary.
