Class Levels:
Level 1: Introduction to Iyengar Yoga. For those new to yoga or to the Iyengar system. Basic poses and fundamentals of Iyengar yoga are introduced.
Level 2: Beginners. Students will strengthen their practice of fundamental actions and alignment in foundational poses.
Level 3: Students with one to two years’ experience with Iyengar Yoga. Some intermediate poses introduced.
Level 4: Intermediates. Emphasis will be on more advanced standing poses, backbends, and inverted poses.
Level 5: For teachers and senior students.
Restorative: A restorative sequence of poses, often supported with props, is taught for deep rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
